Q: CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT DOES NOT FIT WELL?
A: All sale items are final sale, some may be accepted in exchange for a different size if we have it in stock.
If you’ve had your regular priced order for more than 5 days and less than 7 business days it is only valid for an exchange.
All non sale items are eligible for refund if returned unworn and in mint condition.
If your return is soiled with make up or tarnished, It will not be accepted for return. Please read our retuns policy before you place your order:

A: All exchanges should have a postmark that is no later than 7 business days from the date you received your package.
Once we've received your return, we can either send you a store credit of the amount to make another purchase or you can exchange it for another product you'd like.

Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
A: Regular orders can take up to 6 business days to process (counting starts on the following day) and then they are shipped with the chosen method.
A tracking number is automatically emailed when the order is shipped.

Q: HOW MANY DAYS WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO BE REFUNDED?
A: Refunds are made with the same payment method used on the initial purchase.
They take up to 5 business days to be processed after the package is received from the mail.
An email notification is automatically sent notifying the costumer about the refund. We don't refund shipping costs or customs fees.
