Shipping:

We ship to worldwide . Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days and delivered to your address .International Express Shipping via DHL is offered at a flat rate of US$21.00.

Deliveries are made Mon-Fri 8am to 7pm, there is no Saturday service available.

 

Approximate Delivery Timeframes

International orders may take up to 3- 10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Orders to the Northern America . Western Europe will be delivered anywhere between 3-5 business days.

We mainly use DHL express . For some remote areas . We will use EMS instead .

To minimize delays we recommend using your work address or an address where someone will be at home to sign for your package as your delivery address.

If you are not at home at time of delivery, a card will be left for you to pick up your item(s) from your nearest Post Office.

Whilst we endeavour to deliver within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country. 

CUSTOMS CHARGES: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control.

 

Please do not refuse any delivery. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return costs in the case of refused deliveries.

Please ensure you familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order.

We strongly recommend 'tracking' be purchased for all returns as we will not be held liable if your item is not received.

 

Any delivery date or time specified by BD THE LABEL is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, adverse weather, power outages, delays within a country of destination, loss of internet services,  etc.).

All colours of products are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings. 

Please note, delivery delays may occur during the Christmas/New Year period and some public holidays. Please check local and international delivery schedules.
